Strange brew, eh?

In the movie which we have currently been watching, Strange Brew, many Canadian stereotypes were displayed. They showed the two main characters, Bob and Doug, saying “eh?” at the end of almost every sentence. Their favourite insult is “Hoser”. They were alcoholics and not very intelligent; clueless would be a good descriptive term. They always wore toques and parkas. And they all played hockey, of course. I agree that a substantial portion of Canadians do use “eh?” after asking a question, I do myself, depending on the circumstance. The most intelligent people I know are Canadian, seeing as 99% of my friends are from here. That’s it, eh?
