Between Two Furious Oceans

Between Two Furious Oceans
1. I think that the poet did a very good job describing each region in Canada. He was able to descriptively talk about each place and make it so that the audience could picture everything in their mind as they read.
2. Yes the poet is very concerned with comparisons and contrasts of the landscape. He talked about how different the land was in different regions. The poet was able to describe each place with great details bringing the differences to your attention.
3. He focused mostly on differences between the east and west coast such as land and water differences. The poet talks about the oceans, the trees, the mountains and the lakes.
4. The poet did miss some regions he didn't talk about the northern parts of Canada like Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut.
5. The regions that the poet gives specific details about are the east and west coasts of the country. He talks about the oceans, the mountains and the Maritimes.
